Job Description

We are hiring experienced Call Center/Customer Service Representatives  for a busy financial services call center in Phoenix, near the Ahwatukee/Phoenix border; off  I-10 and Ray Road. 

Position is set to start on 09/21/2020, with a starting shift/schedule of 8:00AM to 4:30PM with Wednesday and Thursday off.  Starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour (customer company is currently paying a Covid-19 premium making the current rate $21.25 -however this premium is subject to end at the customer company's discretion at which time the pay rate will return to $17.00 per hour). 90 day temp to hire opportunity!! Immediate eligibility for benefit enrollment after conversion. Facility has an onsite restaurant, gym, and unlimited free beverages!! 

Qualified candidates will need: 

  • 1+years experience working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience navigating dual monitors and with multiple applications at a time
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) 
  • Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome 
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and listening skills 
  • Flexibility to work shift schedule and overtime as needed (the facility is open 24/7 (schedules typically fall between the hours of 5:00AM to 12:00AM- including weekends -schedules change every 6 months. Schedule selection is based on performance -top performers pick first).
