Position: Class A Yard Hostler
Near location: Stockton, CA
Shifts Available: 8:00pm to 8:00am 12 hour shift, Thursday to Saturday Alternating Wednesday every other week.
Pay rate: $23.00 Per hour
Class A Hostler Duties:
•Yard hostlers will drive and maneuver yard goat & trailers from dock to dock switching out empty trailers with full trailers to keep production moving.
•Safety is always the key, so driver must be safety minded, perform pre and post trips daily, chock rear wheels
•Be aware of safety hazards in all weather conditions, and check trailers before pulling away from the dock doors.
•Ability to work in fast paced environment within a VERY tight yard
•Driver must have strong communication skills as they will be interacting and taking direction from dispatchers, or warehouse managers on a consistent basis through radio and on board computer system.

23 years of age or older
Valid Class A license
Valid Medical Card
1 year or more Class A Yard Hostling experience within the last 3 years.
Driver may not exceed any combination of 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents on their MVR in the past 36 months.
NO DUI'S / DWI’S in the past 5 years, NO Reckless Driving in the past 5 years.
Current DMV Printout issued within the last 30 days
