Growing tax consulting and financial services firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The Paraprofessional/Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting several Directors within the firm with various tasks. You would also have significant interaction with firm clients and will function as the client “relationship manager”. This would include obtaining documents, data collection and onboarding new clients and preparation of documents. You would handle regular correspondence with clients and delegate to other members of the firm. This would be part of a team of 5 other Paraprofessionals/Administrative Assistants. You would be supporting with Directors with scheduling and calendaring, document preparation and control, time and expense, billing, internal and external communication.
