ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
- Perform data entry of purchase orders
- Answering inbound calls
- Handling any customer inquiries
- General office duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Must have high attention to detail and able to multi -task
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Must undergo criminal background check and drug screen
- Highschool diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting
