Well established wholesale distribution company in the Opa -Locka is seeking for a full- time Office Assistant to join their team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
  • Perform data entry of purchase orders
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Handling any customer inquiries
  • General office duties as requested


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Must have high attention to detail and able to multi -task
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English)
  • Must undergo criminal background check and drug screen
  • Highschool diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting
