Route Service Sales Representative: 38115
Developing Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with multiple contacts within each customer including the primary decision maker, and users of products and services to ensure we remain their supplier of choice.
Problem Solving: Analyze customers’ workplace conditions and offer products and services to help address product and training needs.
Service Routing: Service customers on schedule as determined by the service frequency established by the customer and local management.
First Aid Product Service: Clean, organize and restock first aid supplies, replacing expired products and products opened and potentially contaminated. Advise customer of products being replaced and invoice the customer for services rendered and/or products replaced. Obtain customer signature on the invoice at the time of service.
Upsell Existing Customers: Introduce new products to meet customer needs, provide information regarding training and compliance programs, and determine safety product needs based on workplace hazards, providing safety product quotes to obtain additional business. Provide training leads to OSI. SSR’s should fulfill this requirement by becoming well versed in our complete line of product and service offerings and providing this information to customers in an appropriate manner.
