Department: Customer Care Team
Job Description and Responsibilities:
We be making a lot of outbound calls !!!!
Ø Notify residential and commercial customers of the communication status of their systems.
Ø Provide assistance in working low priority signals with the monitoring center and additional staff.
Ø Data entry to include processing paperwork completed after job installations/activations.
Ø Assisting customers with putting their systems in test mode as well as updating account information in multiple data bases.
Ø Provide and maintain spreadsheets for monthly mailing lists. The mailing lists may include, but not limited to, tracking communication with customers, tracking possible follow ups needed, etc..
Ø Provide assistance dealing with special Security accounts.
Ø Assist with special projects as needed in the Customer Care Department.
Ø High School Diploma. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ø Strong customer service skills.
Ø Excellent written and communication skills.
Ø Dependable and works well both individually and within a team.
Ø Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ø Call Center/Customer service background preferred.
The hours for the Customer Care/Data Entry Specialist will be Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
