Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of our company and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services.

It is our goal to always provide the customer with prompt and professional customer service.

Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

Ability to share work among a customer service team

Ability to find the positive in any situation

·        CS Rep will have direct contact with customers via e-mail and phone

·        Will acknowledge, to the customer, the receipt of orders received

·        Enter Sales orders into our system with accuracy

·        Create work orders that will go to the factory floor for manufacturing

·        Print Sales orders/Work orders to be sent to the manufacturing team

·        Create list of new orders entered for the day and updates master order list on spreadsheet on our shared drive

·        Obtain freight quotes from our traffic team to gain approval from the customer

·        Provide tracking information to the customer once orders have shipped

·        Create invoices for orders that have shipped

·        Filing of paperwork with accuracy

·        Daily/weekly checks of customer portals for orders from customers

·        Assist offsite salespeople with information needed
