Job Requirements Summary:

  • The Customer Service Call Center Technical Specialist supports application, IT, RDC, and RDC hardware and software products for Fiserv merchant clients.
  • This role diagnoses and resolves problems using documented procedures and checklists, handles problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps.
  • The technical issues this role will support may at times require follow-up but the majority should be resolvable without escalation.
  • Demonstrate good verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to learn and remain proficient on all check scanners and supported products.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries of a technical nature which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Must have good time management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and professional approach.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to translate technical concepts into "user friendly" language.
  • Familiarity with most common browsers and operating systems.
  • MAC experience is a bonus
