Job Description

Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions is currently hiring a Project Manager - Change Management for a direct hire opening for a food manufacturing plant located in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have broad knowledge of the food manufacturing industry.
  • Salary: $90,000 a year
  • Full benefits package provided

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of on-going changes within the business
  • Monitor project schedule and task completion, mentor staff, and coordinate with business stakeholders to meet agreed to project schedules, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop a project plan; creating detailed timelines to ensure successful change implementation
  • Develop and Implement systems for ensuring data verification across all cross-functional stakeholders
  • Continuously improve the change management process
  • Establish and implement best practices, processes, and procedures as it relates to change management
  • Demonstrate responsible and professional business leadership, holding cross-functional team members accountable for deliverable deadlines
  • Must be conscientious, accurate, detail oriented, organized and a team player
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/procedures.
  • Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Project management and/or CRM software skills a plus.

Qualifications of the Project Manager:

  • Must possess bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferable science, business or technical
  • Food industry knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward
  • Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Able to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Obsessive attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle many projects at once
  • Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Emphasis placed upon skills in presenting to executive leadership
  • Well organized and the ability to organize others to accomplish goals within prescribed timeframes
  • Experience leading and implementing cultural and organizational change efforts
