We are assisting a client in their search for an Administrative Assistant - Receptionist to join their team! This individual would be the first face of the office, providing excellent and tailored customer service is paramount. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being in an office environment, values hospitality, highly relational and organized. Relevant experience assisting C-suites or Office Managers is required. This is a contract to hire position. The ideal candidate would be looking for a long term position.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Full Time Schedule: 7:45am-5pm Monday-Friday
