We are seeking Inbound Customer Service associates to fill an opening with The State of AZ. This position will be dealing with taxpayer services.

This position is handling inbound calls related to tax compliance, delinquency and general information requests and inquiries related to Taxpayers accounts. This position includes verifying, updating, making payment arrangements, assisting with self servicing options, documenting information into multiple systems as necessary and providing professional customer service.

- Answer inbound tax compliance, web assistance and delinquency calls.
- Communicate effectively both written and verbal
- This employee should be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Enjoy helping others.
- Be able to do mathematical computations.
- Be able to use basic computer (such as Excel and Word).
- Handle changing priorities to meet required deadlines.
- At least 1 year Customer Service in any field.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Bilingual speaking is a plus.
