Call Center Customer Service

Currently partnered with an establish retail company in Scottsdale that is adding employees to their inbound support center. These reps will take calls from customers and also respond to chats and emails from customers. The position will be Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and will be paying $16-19/hr.

We are seeking employees who take pride in providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with internet technology and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Professional English communication skills (phone, email and in-person)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
