Currently partnered with an establish retail company in Scottsdale that is adding employees to their inbound support center. These reps will take calls from customers and also respond to chats and emails from customers. The position will be Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and will be paying $16-19/hr.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Proficiency with internet technology and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Professional English communication skills (phone, email and in-person)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
