Call Center Customer Service & Collection (Bilingual a plus!)

We are currently working with a growing mortgage company in Chandler that is looking to hire multiple Call Center Customer Service Reps and Collections Reps for their growing team! We’re looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to find a great long-term home. The roles will range from $16-17/hour depending on previous experience + monthly bonuses that average between $500-1000/month.

Bilingual candidates are preferred but they are also open to candidates that only speak English. **Bilingual Spanish differential is $200/month ($1.25/hr)

We're looking for candidates with at least 2 years of recent collections experience. Previous experience in mortgage, banking or insurance is also preferred but is not required.

Currently looking to fill shifts M-F from 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm.


Duties:

  • Provide customer service on both inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Focus on building relationships with customers and asking for payments.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow processes and procedures, including tracking and documenting all communication.
  • Answer calls from borrowers that are requesting assistance, borrowers that are in the process of foreclosure and borrowers that are currently delinquent on their loan.
  • Follow up with borrowers to request various pieces of information to make proper determinations regarding the status of their loan and delinquency.
  • Follow processes and procedures, including tracking and documenting all communication.
  • Review information on client files and request additional information in order to process requests accordingly.
  • Escalate calls to proper team(s) in order to resolve the issue.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.

Experience/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Call Center or Collections experience.
  • Mortgage, banking or insurance experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and resolve problems.
  • Employees should be able to work a flexible call center schedule between 8AM-8PM Monday-Friday with at least 1 Saturday per month.
