Job Description:

Responsibilities
Position objective: Coordinate production delivery and fulfillment service activities for the online administration of the ACT to ensure successful delivery to ACT customers that meets ACT product standards. Assist with the development of the delivery and service policies, processes, and procedures for product, and ensure documentation and materials are in place to support and sustain them. Coordinate delivery of initiatives related to data inputs and outputs related to online testing initiatives, data file layouts, and system upgrades.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical work-related activities include:
• Monitor service delivery expectations and data quality to ensure prior to and during production
• Coordinate continuous improvement efforts aligned to ACT’s vision and corporate capabilities, in particular operational excellence and digital delivery enhancement end-to-end implementation
• Support key performance indicators and metrics for product delivery
• Provide operational support on all components of the online testing inputs and outputs through data analysis and data reporting
• Contribute to UAT activities of test engine and user interface.
• Coordinate and provide support of data analysis (inputs and outputs) from online testing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related area such as business (required); emphasis in project management, product development, or data analysis preferred
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired

Experience:
• Minimum of two years related experience in progressively responsible roles coordinating projects and deliverable to customers
• Experience with data analysis and usage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with analytical skills in order to effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis, data reporting, and date file layout interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel (use of Pivot Tables and v-Lookups), PowerPoint, and others as deemed necessary
• Proficiency in use of UltraEdit
• Excellent diplomacy and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong organizational and prioritization skills, including analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to perform/manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage to deadlines
