The ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for this role includes supporting the daily HR operations and manage the recruiting for the office.
- Developing and maintaining recruiting processes and procedures.
- Managing Internal Recruiting and Onboarding
- Assume administrative oversite of customer service.
- The client is looking for someone with 2+ years experience as an HR generalist
- 90% of this job is recruiting
- must be able to do college recruiting
Salary - base up to 75k depending on experience, plus performance bonus and full benefits.
