Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading supplier & distributor of after-market truck parts, is seeking a dynamic individual to support the client services team.

Location: Mississauga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Days

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 depending on skill set and experience

Responsibilities

• Communicates with distributors, manufacturers & end-user customers
• Receives orders via telephone, fax, email and CRM software
• Works closely with shipping to manage order requirements.
• Processes credits, discrepancies, manual billing
• Supports technical calls from customer base that requires good understanding of products
• Analyzes information from manufacturers such as schedule releases and order processing data
• Supports District Sales Managers
• Verifies Proof of deliveries and works with carriers on problem shipments
• Prepare warranty return paperwork
• Process freight bills
• Verify shipment paperwork checking for correct part numbers and quantities
• Provides French support, translate bulletins, catalogues, etc. as required

Qualifications

• College diploma in applicable field of study
• Excellent French & English verbal and written communication
• Above average software proficiency including MS Office Suite & Oracle CRM (NetSuite an asset)
• Accurate Data Entry with ten key skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in corporate Customer Service / Sales & Marketing.
• Ability to effectively listen and apply information to seek resolutions
• Clear criminal record
