Some projects you will work on include:

  • Provide ongoing B2B buyer, developer, technologist, and media buyer research and insights to internal partners across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Communication teams.
  • Lead research design, execution, and delivery of insights utilizing a variety of sources, including our annual Developer Survey, our brand health tracker, and ad-hoc custom qualitative and quantitative studies. This entails effectively working with and managing third-party research partners as well as doing the research yourself.

  • Natural curiosity and an excitement for uncovering new things.
  • Skill in telling stories to different audiences. Sometimes it's just the facts, sometimes it's about connecting the dots for people, and sometimes it's a narrative that reveals patterns/behaviors that were previously invisible and that compels people to act.
  • An ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and your time effectively. You know you get things done and you manage projects and people to achieve that.
  • A diverse research portfolio including some or all of: thought leadership/industry leading insights, ROI analysis, behavioral insights, and large-scale research surveys.
  • A background with B2B technology buyers, developers, technologists, and/or media buyers.

  • Experience writing and programming surveys (Qualtrics) and analyzing the data
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL or similar relational database tools
  • At least 2 years of experience working with R and Python for data analytics and automation (R is a must-have for this role)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote organization, and be comfortable interfacing with sales teams.
  • Living and working within GMT-7:00 (US) to GMT+2:00 (Europe) time zones

Nice to have:
