We are seeking an experienced RN to start in part-time job-share (weekdays only, 20-24 hrs/week), then move into full-time Occupational Health Nurse role upon current employee’s retirement within a year.
This busy position serves 550 employees, and handles new employee physicals, communicable disease screening, flu/Hepatitis vaccinations, respirator fit testing, work comp and leave of absence case management, OSHA reporting, and employee health education.
Current WI RN licensure, BSN preferred
Minimum 3 yrs’ experience, preferably in Occupational Health setting
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS office
Attention to detail and good follow-through
Must be self-directed, but also work well in team setting
Starting schedule will be weekdays, 20-24 hr/week, with days/hours somewhat flexible. Part-time position is eligible for all benefits (life/dental/vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan), except health insurance.
