Digital Denture Dental Technician

St. Albert Denture & Implant Clinic is a growing digital Denture clinic located in St. Albert, AB. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination, good communication and interpersonal skills, a natural curiosity and willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player and independently. A basic understanding of computer systems and CAD/CAM workflows is an asset.

The Dental Technician will work directly with two in house clinicians and perform all laboratory tasks in house.

What you will be doing:

• Full time hours (35-40hrs per week)
• Design complete dentures using 3Shape software
• Manufacture Dentures using in house Asiga printer and PM7 Mill
• Assist with planning, designing and manufacturing full mouth implant cases
• Design and manufacture partials, splints, flippers, and other dental appliances using 3Shape systems
• Reline and repair dentures and partials (using traditional injection methods)
• Assist with maintaining all digital and analog equipment

What you will need:

• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Registration with the College Of Dental Technicians Of Alberta
• 1 year of dental technician experience in the denture discipline is an asset
• Must be proficient with computers and willing to learn and grow continually
