We are currently searching for a Human Resources Specialist to add to our HR Compliance team. Under limited supervision, the Human Resources Specialist has proficiency in the specialized body of knowledge to support the daily functions of various HR programs, including assisting and educating employees and/or leaders.
This individual will maintain high attention to detail and confidentiality in assisting with audits, survey readiness preparation, and be comfortable with data manipulation and data tracking. Other duties may include annual projects such as license renewals, providing timely and quality customer service to employees and leaders and acts as a resource for escalated issues. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for communication and updates with state boards (medical, nursing, etc.), vendors, and must maintain strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of direct professional human resources experience
- Strong Excel skills
- HR experience
