St. Luke's has an exciting opportunity for a full time Patient Financial Advocate 2.
The Patient Financial Advocate 2 is accountable for making decisions supported by internal and external program policy, based on confidential financial information both from the facility and patients to determine qualification for financial assistance. In this role, you will work directly with patients while reviewing their applications for financial assistance. You will be screening patients to make the determination of eligibility for internal and external assistance programs as well as making recommendations, explaining policies, and documenting actions.
Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 2 or more years' relevant experience.
