Job Description

Job Title: HR Solutions Analyst (Work Onsite, No Remote)

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Human Resources Director

Assist in the operations, development, and integration of new functionalities from the Human Resource Information System(HIRS), Paycom. In addition, the Solutions Analyst will advise on best practices and considerations that will increase the efficiency and service level we provide our team members. The analyst will also contribute by supporting and improving the company’s human capital landscape, focusing on new and existing HR technology, and supporting several day-to-day operational tasks.


HRIS focus:

  • Sets up workflows within Paycom to facilitate applicant tracking, onboarding, offboarding, employee surveys, position management, employee checklists, employee training, employee evaluations, and employee benefits enrollment
  • Compiles data and metrics from Paycom Collaborates with Paycom in resolving application discrepancies 
  • Conducts routine Paycom training for systems users from management staff to end-users 
  • Helps in developing technology solutions to automate and streamline HR functions 
  • Develops and maintains company-wide HR share-point site to facilitate updates in company policies, procedures, employee benefits, and human capital-related matters
  • Manages recruitment platforms, from receiving personnel requisition to establishing eligible lists for hiring managers
  • Develops and monitors hiring assessment metrics and provides data summaries to the hiring manager 
  • Uses analytics to screens applicants for minimum and preferred qualifications 
  • Keeps company-wide organizational chart current 
  • Manages the transition to a paperless environment
  • Files back-logged paperwork in an organized and systematic manner during the transition to a paperless system
  • Researches and analyzes classification and compensation data for departments, projects, and studies
  • Assists in identifying department risks and opportunities to improve the delivery of services to the organization via technology
  • Analyzes data to support HR department recommendations related to human resource projects or problems       

HR operations focus:

  • Plans, coordinates, and participates in the company’s outreach efforts via career fairs, job shadow programs, conferences, learning institutions, and other recruitment-related events 
  • Identifies and maintains listings of student organizations, colleges programs, career fairs, conferences, and chapters of professional associations relevant to the golfing industry 
  • Coordinates with colleges, universities, and career centers to distribute job opportunities 
  • Works to develop partnerships with colleges and universities about graduate job placements programs 
  • Assists in creating recruiting materials such as brochures, pamphlets, digital content, etc 
  • Performs reference checks as needed Orders background checks and drug screenings for new hires 
  • Maintains compliance records on sick leaves and workers’ compensation absences 
  • Serves as COVID-19 Tier-1 support member: 
  1. Communicates with employees who may have COVID-19 symptoms and reviews company policies and expectations 
  2. Provides approved company information and guidance on quarantine, testing, and travel procedures, as applicable 
  3. Conducts contact tracing, symptom reporting, and monitoring of COVID-19 patients 
  4. Is proactive in communicating COVID-19 staffing impact with supervisors
  5. Monitors and ensures COVID-19 tests are validated as outlined in company policy 
  6. Maintains employee vaccination status compliance 
  7. Distributes COVID-19 policy updates through HRIS and HR’s internal share-point site
  8. Escalates concerns to HR Team Members for complex COVID-19 cases
  9. Maintains employee confidentiality and ensures that all information is collected in concordance with local data privacy and confidentiality standards 
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
  • Responds promptly to all employee inquiries
  • Periodically may require, either in an office, warehouse, or off-site environment: 
  1. Reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying products or materials
  2. Bending, stooping, or walking of materials back and forth between different locations
  3. Packing or unpacking of boxes 
  4. Setup and tear down at events 
  5. 30 pounds maximum 
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English), preferred

  • Working knowledge of Paycom operations and administration or HRIS equivalent is a plus
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite       


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of related experience preferred 
  • An interest in golf is a plus

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
