SproutLoud solutions manage brand compliance, increase speed to market, automate manual tasks, and provide robust reporting and business intelligence.SummarySproutLoud's Account Coordinator (AC, aka Client relationship Manager CRM) is an integral member of SproutLoud. His/her main role is to strengthen the organization’s ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Brands. The AC does this through collaborating within PODs and across departments to build strong relationships, develop and execute Brand Account Marketing strategies, and provide training and support to grow transactional revenue on, and further the use of, the SproutLoud application. This individual also works with a moderate degree of autonomy presenting to clients and managing interactions on behalf of SproutLoud. ChallengesAct as a support stakeholder to account teams in CRM PODs with assigned clientsAct as primary day-to-day contact in CRM PODs with assigned clientsParticipate as primary day-to-day CRM on new client onboardings; responsible for follow-up trainings and identifying new opportunitiesExpert and intimate knowledge on local Retailer programs from designated Brand AccountsWork to support all template loading and program managementMain communication channel between CRM teams and local Retailer support teams, must keep these teams abreast of program specifics to ensure exceptional customer serviceWork in customer communication platforms as needed to provide service to customersDisplay expert knowledge of SproutLoud technology at Brand Level for client growth; regardless of client assignmentsDisplay expert understanding of SproutLoud technology at Retailer levelWork internally and externally across SproutLoud and client stakeholders to develop and implement Marketing Programs on behalf of clientsSelf-sufficient on all CRM workflows and systemsCoordinate, manage and maintain active communication across internal team (Client Services, Production, Technology, Accounting),  on important programs/features currently running on SproutLoud application to ensure program successConsistently display a can-do attitude and collaborate in a fast-paced environmentIdentify opportunities for Brand Accounts and work with Senior Manager to sell-throughContinually educate clients on new SproutLoud features and functionalityManage new and ongoing client projects, including presenting pricing and communication of offline and technical projects, between internal resources and clientPrepare and present reporting on account activity and progress to client to internal teamsProactively work with other CRMs to meet the goals of the Client Services departmentTravel independently to client to present for training or Partner/Retailer conference purposes; joint travel with Manager for sales/relationship presentations when requiredIdentify client problems and suggest solutions and features to better the client experienceBuild and lead webinars to Brand and local Retailer AccountsFollow all SproutLoud frameworks Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree strongly preferredMinimum 2 years of successful agency or industry related account management experienceProven track record of learning quickly and working in a team environment – understanding how to effectively use resources to find answers and solutionsAbility to take direction and, when needed, respectfully challenge direction with best needs of client in mindEffective communicator – both oral and writtenAbility to learn new technologies, software and computers quicklyStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to task-switchAbility to grasp and understand marketing conceptsStrong problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel and familiar with data miningStrong relationship building and service skillsConsistently display a can-do attitudeMinimal travel requiredFamiliarity with SproutLoud technology a plus Benefits and PerksAt SproutLoud, we continue to cultivate an environment that aspires to be one of the best places to work - period.
