The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering incoming and directing calls from customers, sales reps, drivers and other business associates. This position handles a large volume of incoming calls and the ideal candidate must be able to multi-task while doing so.
The Customer Service Rep works closely with dispatch and sales to respond to customer requests and issues. This individual must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate problem solving and resolution skills while maintaining a pleasant demeanor on the phone.
- Monday through Friday; 8am – 5pm with a one hour lunch break
- Every other Saturday; 7am - noon
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
High school diploma or GED
Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work overtime
Experience with Microsoft Windows
