The C3 ‘s role is to be the conduit and coordinator of the project as they are the channel for conveying information to all parties involved including, but not limited to: company officers and managers, other team members, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and clients and coordinating all aspects of the job with same.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilizing our project management software to enter new jobs as well as manage projects from start to finish. You will ensure that the files are properly updated checking inspection dates, notes, photos and required documents are properly entered and uploaded by staff.
Make an initial assessment of new projects and communicate with and assign/dispatch the appropriate crews.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with Project Managers and clients and manage the calendar.
You will be the main point of communication with all relevant parties including different Project Managers and internal departments, sub-contractors, insurance adjusters, vendors and the clients (often daily) from start to finish. You must be organized, diligent, play well with others and be caring and compassionate to meet client expectations.
