Patient Care Coordinator:
* Provide administrative support to a busy chiropractic and acupuncture office. *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Greeting patients and building a strong professional relationship with them.
*Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility for all appointments.
*Maintaining schedule and patient flow within the office.
*Collecting co-payments, co-insurance, and deductible payments upfront.
*Assisting patients with insurance benefit questions and payment information.
*Maintaining patient files abiding by HIPPA regulations.
Candidate must exhibit proficient attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask.Qualifications and skills include:
*Chiropractic Assistant license preferred but not required.
*Genuine interest in chiropractic and acupuncture wellness.
*Knowledge of Mac computers/software.
*Outstanding relationship building skills with patients and staff.
*Organizational skills with an attention to detail and follow through.
