This role is a remote role with ability to be in Stamford, CT at least 2 times a month

Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Sr. HRBP is responsible for holistically implementing SpringWorks' People Strategy in designated business units . The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees enabling the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the business, maintain ing an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition

Your Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the Commercial Leadership team and other assigned business areas to drive people priorities of a growing organization and prepare for launch of first drug.
  • Supports build-out of Sales field team and partners with Sales team on all HR-related matters.
  • Translates overall Business and People Strategy into impactful initiatives for assigned business units
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve culture, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Evaluates data patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs, i.e. Identifies training needs
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc
  • Partners with leadership to grow the capacity of the organization's key talent to include high potential identification and associated development programming

Your Education & Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business field
  • 10+ Years of experience in related role
  • 3+ Years of experience in HR partnering with Commercial/ Sales organizations
  • Life Sciences industry experience, preferably in Biotech
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Proven acuity in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to coach employees and management
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to influence key decisions and stakeholders as an individual contributor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
