Able to work full-time from our Southfield office W-Sat 11:30pm-10am or Sun-W 12pm-10pm
Experience using Point-of-Sale systems, either in a support or end-user capacity
Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
Convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman’s terms
Team player who is comfortable with change, time management and thinking on their feet
Solution oriented and an ability to efficiently multitask
Technical experience, and ideally a technical support background
Bi-lingual capabilities and ability to work mornings, nights or weekends a major plus

Field inbound customer phone and email inquiries
Identify technical issues and use appropriate troubleshooting steps leading to resolution
Collaborate across departments to address client needs
Detailed record-keeping on customer interactions
