Plumbing Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a full-time Plumbing Customer Service Rep to join our office team in Broken Arrow, OK. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep, you typically work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. Opportunity for extra weekend calls with bonuses available.

You are the voice of our company to our customers. Each day, you book incoming service calls, deliver outstanding customer service, and follow our company's proven process to ensure that our customers' needs are met. With your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, you exceed our customers' expectations and make a positive impact on their experience with our brand.
