We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team of creative professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an engaging and consistent user experience for web, mobile, and desktop solutions. They will work directly with other developers, designers, business analysts, and software engineers to bring innovation to our mobile apps, portfolio of sites, and digital experiences in support of the strategic goals of our mobile apps. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development and be able to work in a team-oriented environment. 

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, create, and maintain web content for a portfolio of O&O sites and social pages
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and the business intelligence team to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
• Create, facilitate, and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support
• Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices
• Drive idea generation for web content strategy to align with app store guidelines and user acquisitions
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for external websites
• Monitor and report web statistics using google analytics
• Stay up to date with emerging web and mobile development technologies and best practices

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related majors
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual design, responsive design, web accessibility standards, and usability
• Experience in modern JavaScript, Node.js, React, Jest, and SQL/NoSQL data stores
• 5+ years of experience with front-end application development
• 3+ years of experience using a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React JS
• Good understanding of APIs, Microservices Architecture, Testing Automation
• Able to implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and track website rankings
