We are seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals to join our team:

Based on your production, this can be a high compensation and is a 100% 1099 COMMISSION POSITION. That means there is no cap on your potential here with the right work ethic.

  • There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales. You will reach out to clients that have requested your service through our groundbreaking leads program.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Develop plans based upon the client’s needs.
  • Resolve client’s questions and complaints.
  • Comply with state insurance standards and regulations.
  • Identify areas for self-improvement.

The Pay:

  • Part Time 1-2 sales/week = $450-$900/wk; $25,000-$50,000 /yr*
  • Average 3-5 sales/week = $1,350-$2,250/wk; $75,000-$125,000 /yr*
  • Above Average 6-8 sales/week = $2,700-$3,600/wk; $150,000-$200,000 /yr*

*Results vary according to production, skillset, and leads. This is a 100% commission based 1099 contractor position.

We have agents averaging 5-8 sales a week using telesales only, our webinar-based model only, and in-person in-the-home meetings only, as well as combinations of each. The choice is yours.

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be able to pass a background check.
  • You must live in the United States.
  • You must either have a State Life Insurance or be willing to obtain one (with our help)
