Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service supervisor to lead our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and grow our sales department by developing effective customer service procedures, managing office operations, and leading our team on thepath to success.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate would have proven experience working with the SAP ERP software in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of Import/Export logistics and/or production operations. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership,interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Specific duties

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day office operations
  • Uphold and improve effective customer service procedures, policies, standards, and goals
  • Manage/delegate large amounts of emails and incoming calls
  • Monitors/reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
  • Enter, comprehend, and verify accurate customer orders in SAP
  • Generate/research sales leads
  • Supervise/consult on customer complaints within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing statistics and preparing detailed reports on findings
  • Training new customer service representatives
  • Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
  • Coordinating with other departments regarding productivity reports
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bilingual
  • Detailed Oriented
  • SAP experience (preferred)
  • High functioning Multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient with Office 365
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
