Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Law firm in Edison, NJ seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:

• Act as an advisor to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities 

• Perform research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trials

• Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents

• Develop strategies, arguments, and testimonies in preparation for the presentation of cases

• Litigate cases in a courtroom environment

Requirements of the Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:

• 2-7 years of experience as a practicing Attorney handling Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation matters in NJ required

• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and in good standing with the state bar

• Judicial clerkship preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

• Must have experience drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents

• Must have experience developing strategies, arguments, and testimonies in preparation for the presentation of cases

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time, In-Office

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: $85,000-$200,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
