Our client, a large insurance firm, located in Springfield, MA has a need for 11 Client Services Representative. These roles are long-term temp.
Client Services Representative responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative you will research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center.
Review and update customer records on computerized database.
Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties.
Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Client Services Representative skills:
Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
Good written communication skills
Problem solving ability
Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Client Servics Representative qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience
College level education (Associate degree prefered) or equivalent or relevant experience:
Must be willing to do drug screen and background check
High School diploma or equivelant required.
Client Services Representative Working hours:
Hiring for morning and afternoon shifts Monday through Saturday from 9AM-10PM. No guarantee will receive one over the other. Once hired following training you will be able to bid for 2 flex options of a start time of 9AM EST-10:30AM EST or 12PM EST- 1:30PM EST Monday-Friday with Saturdays based on client business need.
