Our client, a large insurance firm, located in Springfield, MA has a need for 11 Client Services Representative. These roles are long-term temp.
Client Services Representative responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative you will research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center.
Review and update customer records on computerized database.
Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties.
Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
Client Services Representative skills:
Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
Good written communication skills
Problem solving ability
Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Client Services Representative qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience
College level education (Associate degree preferred) or equivalent or relevant experience:
Must be willing to do drug screen and background check
High School diploma or equivalent required.
