Customer Service Rep: The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
This is an entry level hourly position with the primary responsibility of providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain focused are essential to success in this position.
In this position, the employee will need to be proficient using several software applications including LoanServ, Unifi, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
On-the-job training will be provided, but the employee will need to become proficient utilizing these applications quickly.
You will be providing outstanding telephone support to customers regarding their account activity with as well as processing customer loan payments, correspondence and other paperwork in order to effectively service loans.
Excellent multi-tasking skills, communication skills, attention to detail, leadership and the ability to remain focused are essential to success in this position.
