Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on financial accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include y Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
- Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
Duration: At least a 6 months temp-hire
Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift Mon-Sat 7AM-10PM
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Attention to detail
ability to type 40+ WPM
Preference for 1 of the following criteria:

??? Previous contact center experience
Job tenure of at least 1 yr in prior position
