Job Description
Salary: $64,000-$120,000

The Company is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative:


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include but not be limited to:

· Receive incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer

· Review and process service orders and schedule appointments for service

· Serve as the ongoing central point-of-contact for all service orders you processed

· Perform records mgmt. by creating tickets, filing & updating information

· Log all customer communications into the computer

· Coordinate with team members to resolve any problems

· Follow up on service orders to ensure timely completion and communicate progress with customers

· Telephone customers to ensure satisfaction

· Assist other departments as needed and perform other duties as required


JOB REQUIREMENTS

The qualified candidate will have:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 1 year call center experience within a service industry

· Personal initiative and self-motivation to provide excellent customer service

· Type at least 35 wpm

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Computer literacy, including solid command of Microsoft Office products

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hour based on experience.
