Inside Sales Assistant

Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for an organized and detail-orientated worker. As the Sales Assistant, you would support the Sales department with administrative support and provide excellent customer service to customers.

HOURS AND WAGE:

• Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• Starting wage: $18.00/hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responds to sales department inquiries, emails, and phone calls
• Provides support to existing and new customers regarding services, quotes, etc
• Assists with distributing mass mailings and sending out information packets to potential customers
• Fields prospective customer calls and follow-up calls with the goal of obtaining new customers
• Updates customer account information and enters new shipping accounts into system to ensure correct billing records
• Compiles monthly sales spreadsheets for analysis by management
• Performs sales projects and other administrative duties as assigned

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background
• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites and related sales programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent customer service skills
