Consistently create an exceptional experience with each contact, via inbound and outbound calls, face-to-face interactions, online chat, email, etc.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience - 1 year of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in related field
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent
Experience - Clinical experience & medical terminology strongly preferred
