CUSTOMER PROGRAM MANAGER
We are inviting an experienced Customer Program Manager to join our team in Fremont CA, and continue our tradition of success! Our company prides itself on values, we are customer and employee focused, committed to innovation, produce quality products, and lead with integrity and respect.

Objectives of this Role:
- Analyze data to anticipate customers needs and drive solutions in advance
- Analyze project metrics to determine development and success factors
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Develop a strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely communications
- Manage Customer Service Team to create customer plans, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables
- Align activities to support company vision, mission, values, and strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Management or leadership experience
- Customer service (or similar experience)
- Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
