Capital Equipment Sales - Medical Device

Our client company, a successful and quickly growing manufacturer of Capital Equipment for the Medical space, is looking for an Account Manager for its San Antonio and Austin territory. This position is chiefly concerned with developing new business with the specialty customers that our client company focuses with its capital equipment. The company has a new piece of capital equipment that is showing major promise and sales of that piece of equipment are very strong. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Calling on new customers and developing new business;
  • Maintaining existing business relationships in the territory;
  • Generating and following up on sales leads;
  • Demonstrating the product;
  • Attending trade shows;
  • Training new customers on equipment use;
  • Estimating product delivery;
  • Other standard B2B equipment sales responsibilities

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

  • A 4-year degree or at least 3+ years of demonstrated B2B sales experience
  • A competitive, sales-oriented personality;
  • Experience selling medical device / surgical devices is preferred, but not necessary
