Outside Sales - Business Development ($40-60K Annually + Commission)

Highlights:
- M-F from 8am to 5pm, some overtime
- Livable Base + Commission package: Base pay depending on experience. First year for a “go getter” $60-65K is possible; Second year and beyond $70-100+K possible for someone who can sell and close business.

Job Description and Details:
- 75% Outside Sales – In person Prospecting, Cold calls, Warm calls, Appointments and Zoom Appointments in order to win new accounts for the team. Our Sales Rep represents us in the business community thru involvement in our Chambers of Commerce, SHRM and other community organizations.
- 25% Inside office – Planning calls and strategies for business development, follow-up phone calls, Appointment setting phone calls, and assisting the manager/ owners to lead sales momentum of the team
- Northshore location and territory, all local travel and lots of driving
- Possible year-end BONUS; and Tropical Paradise Trip for 2 Incentive for Top 50 Sales Rep
- Annual Sales Rally – Nationally Recognized Motivational Speakers and training
- Must have at least 1 year of sales experience (inside or outside sales), a great attitude, can close new business, is competitive, appreciates structure, top computer and internet skills, be a team player, must have a clear driving record.
