A large equipment manufacturer in the Montgomery, AL area has a permanent direct hire opening for a Maintenance Technician. The Technician to work with pneumatics, hydraulics machine installations, electrical motors. Good pay and benefits.
JOB DUTIES:
- Performing preventive maintenance and adjusting equipment; perform maintenance on production line equipment
· General diagnosis and repair of many kinds of woodworking equipment.
· Bearing repair to include pillar block, pressed and roller bearings.
· Changing out electrical motors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience working with industrial or manufacturing machinery
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), pneumatics and hydraulics
- Industrial, Production or Manufacturing Machinery Maintenance / troubleshooting experience required
- Understanding of PLCs, a plus
- Experience with 110v,220v, and 480v
- Experience with Bearing repair to include pillar block, pressed and roller bearings.
- PLC experience a Plus.
