Are you a bright, entry-level administrative professional interested in a contract-to-hire role in Irvine, CA? We especially want to hear from those with any legal background. You will be responsible for receptionist duties, answering phones, collecting and distributing mail, maintaining and ordering office supplies, coordinating office moves, copy/fax jobs, cleaning up conference rooms and kitchens daily, coordinating overnight deliveries, and other tasks as assigned. You will be supporting everyone with a mix of litigation and administrative support, so ideal candidates will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small mentality. We are seeking a highly polished, dependable candidate with excellent customer service skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- 1+ years of relevant experience desired, but also open to entry-level candidates willing to learn; previous experience in a legal environment is a big plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
