Are you an experienced administrative professional interested in a full-time, permanent role with an AmLaw 50 firm in San Francisco, CA? You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a growing office with five attorneys, looking to hire ten more this year! This will involve receptionist duties, greeting clients and answering incoming calls; scheduling appointments; reserving and setting up conference rooms and A/V equipment; completing workspace setups for new hires, transfers, and visitors as needed; fulfilling catering orders; ordering and maintaining all office and kitchen supplies; reporting facilities issues to proper staff; providing back-up administrative assistance and clerical support as needed; copying, faxing, document production, and proofreading; and all other tasks involved in maintaining a clean and professional office space. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with top notch interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of relevant facilities, office, and/or operations management experience in a professional environment, preferably in a law firm setting
- Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
