Customer Service Representative / Call Center

Responsibilities:

  • Performing both inbound and outbound calls (primarily inbound)
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Inputting new orders
  • Processing payments
  • Tracking shipments

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience (F2F or phone)
  • Previous experience handling email inquiries and/or telephone inquiries is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit screen
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and pleasant phone etiquette is required
