Spade International Group is a Business Development Firm that is bringing Excellence to New Orleans. Our firm partners with medium to large scale government programs to deliver tailor-made practical solutions, fast and efficiently to the public of the greater Nola area.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to handle retailer operations and assist customers. This is a full time immediate hire role that requires a daily commute.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Keep the store clean and organized
• Assist in restocking and inventory management
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and budget
• Provide product information and demonstrate product features
• Greet customers and determine their needs and wants
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments

Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Basic math and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in retail or sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
