We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our CFO to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is familiar with accounting software packages. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
- This Part Time Book Keeper will assist in reconciling the financials for the entire business.
- This role is both onsite and remote.
- Quickbooks Online knowledge is required.
- Process Invoices and Reconcile Accounts Payable.
- Work directly with CFO to create Financials Statements.
- General Ledger and Accounts Payable will be the main focus. No Payroll.
Requirements
Strong Quickbooks Online knowledge.
At least 5 years of Book Keeping Experience.
Able to work 20 hours a week in combination of onsite and remote. Days and times are flexible.
Minor filing for vendors/ invoices.
