Accounts Payable Clerk

We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Southwest Houston, TX client!  We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

·         Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

·         Location: Southwest Houston, TX

·         Pay: $22/hour

·         Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

·         Duration: Temp-to-hire

·         Description of Duties: Check and approve all vouchers for payment; prepare invoice deduction notices; adjust freight bills against freight manifests; answer all vendor inquiries; analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted; prepare payable checks; print all accounts payable reports and maintain all files; other duties as requested

·         Requirements: High school diploma or GED; previous experience in an Accounts Payable position preferred
